Returns

At Marine Scene, we want all our customers to be happy with the goods purchased from us and appreciate that customers may require time to get down to their boat to check the suitability of a product. 

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we will exchange the item, issue a gift card equivalent or refund your purchase in full (excluding carriage) provided that the item is returned within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its original condition and packaging. Packaging must also be in the same condition as you receive it in.

Please note, we cannot accept returns of liferafts or flares due to safety issues.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If you receive your goods and believe them to be faulty, please contact us straight away with a brief description of the problem.

If we require you to return the product for a replacement, we will send you a pre-paid label for delivery back to us.

Unfortunately, we cannot send the courier back to collect the items.

Returning Goods

Please contact us by ringing 01656 671822 or email us on returns@marinescene.co.uk.

This way we'll be able to determine whether you would like to return the product for a refund or whether you'd like to exchange the product.

We are unable to process the return of goods that we're not expecting.

Once we've confirmed what you want to do, please follow the instructions on our return form, which you can download here or fill in here

Returned goods must be packaged securely, they must be returned in original packaging and product packaging must be immaculate for resale.

Once we receive the item we'll be able to proceed with a refund or an exchange.
