Delivery Details
Delivery will normally be within 3 working days. We will endeavour to ship your order sooner where possible, providing we have the required products in stock. Orders received overnight are processed next working day. All goods are delivered direct to your door and require a signature upon delivery.
Please note that all delivery dates are given in good faith, but are subject to all matters beyond the control of our company. Whilst every effort is made to stock every product we list on our website, it is not always possible and sometimes events out of our control dictate any delays.
Saturday delivery can be arranged at additional cost, providing the carrier offers this service in your area. Please contact our mail order sales team for a quotation. We are currently unable to offer Sunday delivery.
Should you not be at home to accept delivery our carrier will leave a card stating that they have attempted to deliver your goods, subsequently the carrier will return the next working day and re attempt delivery. If the carrier’s second attempt at delivery fails, it is your responsibility to collect your parcel from your nearest Initial City Link depot (see card for details) Your parcel will be held at the depot for 5 days for you to collect. Failure to collect will result in the goods being returned to us. A second delivery charge will be made to send goods out again.
We currently accept orders from/deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Carriage to the Channel Islands, Guernsey & Jersey are shown at time of checkout. The majority of items shipped to addresses are sent via Initial City Link or Fedex.
Delivery to the Isles of Scilly will be charged at our standard UK Mainland rate, we will arrange for delivery to be made to the Isles of Scilly Steamship Company in Penzance.You will be required to make your own shipping arrangements at your own expense with the Steamship Company to the Islands. If you have an account with the steamship company please enter the number in the comments box at the check out.
Customers who reside within the Republic of Ireland are currently unable to order goods via our web site. We are pleased to offer you our web site prices, contact our sales team 029-20705780 for further assistance. Carriage is by quotation only,
Insured standard delivery service within the post coded areas Zone A, (see diagram/table below) of the United Kingdom are charged at £4.99* per consignment
All parcels delivered within the post coded areas Highlands Zone B, (see diagram/table below) of the United Kingdom are charged at £19.99*. All parcels delivered within Northern Ireland (Zone C) are charged at £18.00*. All Parcels delivered to the Highland Islands (Zone D) are charged at £19.99 These charges will be charged to the sales invoice accordingly. As of 1st March 2008 deliveries to the Isle of Wight will carry an £8.00 surcharge.
Delivery to the Isle of Man is charged at £15.00 additional charges will apply for items listed below.
*Some heavy items will carry additional delivery charges, for example Generators, Launching Trolleys, Cookers, Fridges, Outboard Motors and Dinghies. Any additional carriage charges are clearly shown at the time of payment. If you have any queries, please contact our customer services.

Returns Policy
At Marinescene we want all our customers to be happy with the goods purchased from us. Our returns policy is detailed below
Faulty items can be returned for a full refund or replacement at the discretion of the customer. Any unopened and unused Item can be returned within 28 days for a full refund. Returned items will be checked and if found to be used or soiled no refund will be given and a charge to re-post will be made. Marinescene will not be responsible for any return costs. You must notify us in writing within 28 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return part or all of your order. Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Any goods returned after the 28 day period will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. We must be able to resell goods in as 'new condition'. Any goods where packaging has been damaged and therefore rendered un-resalable will not be refunded. Please make sure you have purchased the correct item for your needs before opening any packaging.

Defective or Faulty Products
If you believe that the products you have purchased are defective or an error has been made on our part, please contact our customer services phone number as soon as possible to make them aware of the return. When sending the package back to us, please provide us with a description of the fault to aid our inspection team more quickly with the diagnosis of the problem/defect.
We will be happy to either replace the product or offer a refund for the value of the goods returned upon receipt and inspection of the items.
